Four (4) quarterly, full-day learning experiences that help early‑career employees in tech show up strong, grow with purpose, build community, and raise the bar for your company.

The Workshops

Lead from Anywhere helps early-career employees build a shared understanding of what leadership looks like even before having a leadership title. We will explore the difference between technical and adaptive problems and how we can lead across both. Building off our Start Strong content, we'll go even deeper on how curiosity can be leveraged for greater impact. Participants will also learn more about themselves through a DiSC self-assessment and understand how their own style impacts themselves and those they work with.
Start Strong kicks off the cohort by helping early-career employees feel grounded and energized about where they are and how they can contribute. We focus on the Foundational Skills—Build  Trust, Create Clarity and Authentically Care—and also begin to dive into the power of curiosity and how critical that skill is to developing a strong foundation.

Raise Your Energy is a high-impact day focused on how energy shapes your thoughts, your behaviors and your actions. Participants complete the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment in advance of the session, then use the workshop to understand their own energy profile. Through a series of activities and scenarios, they explore the 7 levels of energy from draining catabolic energy to creative and collaborative anabolic levels. 

The session is deeply practical: participants practice identifying energy levels in real situations, reflect on what’s not serving them, and build an action plan to shift energy upward in moments that matter. The day also reinforces a core theme across the series—moving away from judgment toward curiosity.

Vision the Future

Vision the Future closes the year by helping participants reflect on where they've come from, envision where they wish to go and leave with genuine excitement about what’s next. Participants will experience the activities and feel both grounded and creative. We end with a celebration of the growth we've experienced across the year and joy in the community we have built. This workshop is designed to strengthen belonging, clarify direction, and send the cohort into the next chapter with confidence, connection, and momentum.
