Shaun Boyle, Founder and Coach

I help early-career employees and the managers who lead them grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

After nearly two decades in corporate roles across Human Resources, Learning & Development, Community Engagement and more, I launched Taber Coaching to focus on the part of work I’ve always loved most—supporting early-career talent and those who support them. Today, I partner with tech companies to understand their early career population and design/deliver high-impact learning experiences that build the foundational skills employees need to contribute, grow, and feel connected.

My passion for this work started when I built a rotational program for recent grads. I discovered that early-career employees bring curiosity, drive, and a hunger to make an impact—and they thrive when managers have the skills to guide them well.

Since then, I’ve earned coaching credentials through Seattle Coach and iPEC, led DEI strategy, built L&D programs, and facilitated hundreds of hours of training and workshops. In 2024, I brought it all together in founding Taber Coaching.

Here’s what I bring to every client engagement:

  • Clarity and care. I speak truth kindly and directly to drive growth.

  • Energized action. I help people move from insight to impact.

  • Systems thinking. I connect the dots between your goals, people, and culture.

  • A touch of humor. Learning should be meaningful—and a little fun.

When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll find me with my partner and our kids, attending live theater, playing softball, or losing a weekend to a great TV series.

Let’s connect—especially if you’re ready to better support your early-career employees and the managers who lead them.
